Personalized Music Support Built Around the Learner
Mindful Music 1:1 provides a personalized music experience built around the learner’s interests, abilities, communication style, and learning needs.
Through rhythm, movement, focused listening, creative sound-making, and musical expression, learners practice focus, confidence, creativity, and everyday strategies for finding calm.
Because sessions are individual, the instructor can adjust the pace, activities, level of support, and type of musical experience to the learner. Activities may include rhythm exercises, singing or vocal exploration, movement, listening activities, breathing exercises, musical games, and creating simple rhythms or sounds. No previous music experience is required, and an instrument is not necessary.
